Click My Account tab on top right corner > Click track my order > Enter Order AWB Number > Click Request Return
Please Note! We have a 5 day return or exchange policy (After Delivery of Order). For reasons including hygiene, we do not accept return of briefs, panties, or shape wear panties, or an opened box of a multi-piece set that includes panties.

You can cancel your order from your account. Please Note, that once the order has been shipped it can not be cancelled.

Exchange & Return
We don’t accept changes in the order once they are placed. However, If changes are communicated within 24 hours, we might be able to make the change in the order or the address of delivery. These changes are at the sole discretion of Khatunaresh Enterprises Private Limited.

Yes, We shall arrange for a Pickup request from one of our associated courier partner.
In case, you have received a defective product kindly drop us a mail with clear images & Video of the defective product within 5 days of purchase. Once the defect is confirmed, we can either process a refund or an exchange for you. Please note, the exchange will not be provided in case of any bottom wear (Briefs or Panties). In case of defective bottom-wear, we would be issuing you a refund for the product.
